Hello, I’m Sonia Diab McBride.
Founder of Between Institute. Academic, facilitator and organisational coach.
I bring over 12 years of corporate facilitation and training experience, and a career-long focus on leadership, influence and human behaviour to my work with people and organisations.
I’ve recently submitted my PhD in distributed leadership, exploring a new framework of leadership dimensions and their impacts on organisational outcomes. My background also includes a Master of Business Leadership, degrees in Law and International and Global Studies, and certifications in behavioural profiling and organisational coaching. I’ve lectured for over five years across Master’s in Leadership and MBA degrees, and taught internationally, face-to-face, virtually, and in hybrid formats. My group facilitation and coaching span sectors including health, technology, FMCG and the non-profit sector. Over the years, I’ve supported thousands of individuals across all organisational levels.
Through Between, I bring research, behavioural science, and contemporary leadership theory into energising, practical learning experiences — helping people strengthen connection, elevate leadership and work more effectively and meaningfully together.
